Simply give us a dollar by buying a virtual sticker, post the sticker on your social media pages and use #GUAD, and vote on the next round's receiving organizations on our home page. The more stickers that we sell by the last day of the quarter, the higher the percentage donated will be to the receiving organizations. I

It only takes a small amount from a lot of humans to make a very big impact. Although this is not a social experiment, we want to demonstrate to ourselves and to everyone that by spending only $1, we can make large donations to many nonprofit organizations for many years to come. 

Give Us A Dollar offers a poll for everyone to vote on the next round's receiving organizations. The 4 organizations with the most votes in each category will be a receiving organization. We want everyone to have a vote so that it keeps things as fair and exciting as possible. 

Give Us A Dollar does not affiliate with or donate to political parties, politicians, religious organizations, or other similar organizations. 

No, we are not a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. We are a registered Minnesota Public Benefit Corporation, or GBC. For more information on what a public benefit corporation is, please visit: https://aaronhall.com/public-benefit-corporations-become-law-in-minnesota/

Because we are not a 501(c)(3), we are not required to disclose our financials. With that being said,  our remaining profits are distributed between employee salaries, marketing, tax liabilities, expansion, and other business-related expenses. Our model is very rare because we believe that we are making an extremely generous gesture, donating half of our incoming revenue. 

Give Us A Dollar, GBC was registered in the state of MN in June 2024. Our trademark application has been filed in the United States as of July 1st, 2024.
