3 EASY STEPS!

Step 1: Buy a virtual sticker for one dollar ($1) through our website. 

Step 2: Proudly display the virtual sticker on your social media pages, or anywhere else you choose. Tag Give Us A Dollar's pages and use #GUAD to help us spread the word quickly.

Step 3: Repeat next round! There will be new, limited-edition stickers available each round. Beginning and end dates are listed on the website at the bottom of the "How It Works" page.

Give Us A Dollar (GUAD) will donate a portion of the accumulated sticker sales revenue during the calendar quarter. The more stickers that are sold, the higher the donation amounts will be. Please visit the Receiving Organization Page to learn about each receiving nonprofit for this round.

For each tier level, the nonprofit organizations will receive the following percentages of the total percent donated: 

• Large Organizations= (4) at 20% each 
• Small Organizations= (4) at 5% each

Below is a break-down of the tier levels:

• Tier 1: $0 - 250,000 in virtual sticker sales during the quarter; 20% will be donated to the receiving organizations. 
  • For example: if $250,000 in sticker sales is reached, large organizations will each receive $10,000 ($250,000 x 20% x 20%) and small organizations will each receive $2,500 ($250,000 x 20% x 5%), for a total of $50,000 donated.

• Tier 2: $251,000 - 500,000 in virtual sticker sales during the quarter; 30% will be donated to the receiving organizations.
  • For example: if $500,000 in sticker sales is reached, large organizations will each receive $30,000 and small organizations will each receive $7,500, for a total of $150,000 donated. 

• Tier 3: $501,000 - 750,000 in virtual sticker sales during the quarter; 40% will be donated to the receiving organizations.
  • For example: if $750,000 in sticker sales is reached, large organizations will each receive $60,000 and small organizations will each receive $15,000, for a total of $300,000 donated. 

• Tier 4: $751,000 - 1,000,000 in virtual sticker sales during the quarter; 50% will be donated to the receiving organizations.
  • For example: if $1,000,000 in sticker sales is reached, large organizations will each receive $100,000 and small organizations will each receive $25,000, for a total of $500,000 donated. 

• Tier 5: $1,000,001 or more in virtual sticker sales during the quarter; 60% will be donated to the receiving organizations.
  • For example: if $1,250,000 in sticker sales is reached, large organizations will each receive $150,000 and small organizations will each receive $37,500, for a total of $750,000 donated. 

The additional money earned each round will be used for normal business expenses. We are a for-profit, Public Benefit Corporation, and not a nonprofit organization. By "giving" us a dollar, you are purchasing a sticker.  

GUAD is not affiliated with any political party, religious organization, nonprofit organization, other organization, etc. We also do not accept corporate sponsorship. This company has been structured for each of us to contribute only a dollar to help many, many causes and people.
